Privacy Policy

Who we are
Agent K (operated by Kieyana Sutton / The End Goal LLC) is based in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy explains what information we collect through our client discovery form and related tools, and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you fill out our discovery form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, business name, email, phone number, project details and preferences, and any files you choose to upload. If you sign a proposal or agreement through our site, we also record your typed name, a drawn signature image, the date and time, your IP address, and browser information as part of that signature's record. We do not collect payment card information ourselves — that's handled directly by Stripe, our payment processor.
How we use your information
We use what you share to understand your project, prepare quotes and agreements, follow up with you, and deliver the work you've hired us for. If you check the phone/text consent box, we may also contact you that way about your project — never otherwise.
How we share your information
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes. We do share it, only as needed to operate, with the service providers who power this site: Supabase (secure data storage), Lovable (website hosting and email delivery), and Stripe (payment processing). Each of these providers has its own privacy practices governing how they handle data on our behalf.
How long we keep your information
We retain your information for as long as needed to complete your project, and afterward for standard business recordkeeping (such as signed agreements and payment records), unless you request deletion sooner.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your information or request that it be deleted at any time using the data request form linked below. We do not sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of in that regard — but Nevada and California residents have specific rights under state privacy law to know what's collected about them, and this form is how to exercise that.
Security
Your information is stored in access-controlled systems. Only authorized team members can view your submission.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent version.
Questions or requests
Use the data request form linked at the bottom of this page for any privacy-related question, including requests to access or delete your information.
